Latvia Residency by Investment Programme
Latvia Residency by Investment Programme
The Latvia Residency by Investment Programme provides non-EU investors with the opportunity to obtain residency through approved investment routes that contribute to the Latvian economy. Since its launch in 2010, the programme has become an attractive option for investors seeking European residency with flexible investment choices and access to the Schengen Area.
Residence permits are issued for a period of five years and may be renewed, provided the qualifying investment is maintained. Eligible applicants may become qualified to apply for permanent residency after five years, provided they satisfy the applicable residency and legal requirements.
