Investment Options & Costs
Applicants may choose from four government-approved investment options.
Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)
A non-refundable contribution starting from USD 250,000 for a family of up to four applicants.
Approved Public Benefit Investment
Applicants may invest USD 250,000 in an approved public benefit project that contributes directly to local community development.
Approved Developer's Real Estate
Applicants may invest from USD 325,000 in government-approved luxury hotel shares or similar approved real estate developments. The investment must generally be held for 7 years before resale within the programme.
Approved Private Homes
Applicants may purchase approved private property, including condominiums from USD 325,000 or single-family homes from USD 600,000. Private homes may only be sold with prior government approval.
